                               RESOLUTION NO. 18949
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO
                   CONTRACT WITH EUGENE BOWMAN, APPRAISER, TO
                   PERFORM AN APPRAISAL OF FOUR PARCELS
                   RELATIVE TO WIDENING OF WILCOX BOULEVARD AT
                   DODSON AVENUE, FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF THREE
                   THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($3,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to contract with
       Eugene Bowman, Appraiser, to perform an appraisal of four parcels 

       relative to widening of Wilcox Boulevard at Dodson Avenue, for a
       total amount of $3,000.00, which amount includes $2,000.00 for 
the
       appraisal of four parcels, and an estimate of time spent in
       preparation for condemnation as well as appearance as an expert
       witness in court at a cost of $1,000.00.
